a) Visit the website
Each time you visit our website, information is automatically sent to the server of our
website by the browser used on your end device. This information is temporarily
stored in a log file. The following data is collected by us:
– Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of the user’s terminal
device as well as the name of the access provider
– IP address of the requesting computer

The purpose of the data collection is to ensure a smooth connection of the website
and a comfortable use of our website. Further purposes are the monitoring,
evaluation and improvement of system security and system stability. In no case will
the data be collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your identity.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for
which it was collected, i.e. after the end of the respective session.
b) Contact us by e-mail or the contact form
You can contact us via the email address provided on our site or via the contact form.
We process your personal data that we have received from you in your capacity as a
customer or as a representative. Your email address and any other personal data will
only be used for processing the request.
The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b and f GDPR.
The processing is carried out to protect your and my legitimate interests in the
fulfilment of the mandate contract and the implementation of pre-contractual
measures.
Personal data may be processed if consent has been given voluntarily in accordance
with Art. 6 para. 1 lit a GDPR. Consent can be revoked at any time.
c) Cookies
We use cookies to optimise the accessibility of the website. These are small files that
your browser automatically creates and stores when you visit our website. Cookies
do not contain any malware. Information is stored in the cookie. Cookies can contain
various information about the end device used and the user behaviour and are sent
back to the cookie-setting web server when you reconnect, with the aim of
recognising the user and their settings.

III.Passing on data

– you have given your consent to this (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR)
– This is legally permissible and necessary according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b
GDPR for the processing of contractual relationships or pre-contractual measures.
– There is a legal obligation to do so pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.
– The disclosure is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR for the
assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that
you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your
data.
The data disclosed may be used by third parties exclusively for the aforementioned
purposes.
As a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR, you have the following rights:
– Right to information pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR
– Right to rectification pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR

processing of personal data relating to you insofar as this processing is carried out on
the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, but there are
